This month’s big drop is on the traditional side of the expressive spectrum. Think refined rather than silly. It’s a Rwandan (100 hour) Anaerobic Natural Red Bourbon - a coffee which delivers Blood Orange, Pomegranate acidity and honey afters. Everything in balance - just super easy to drink. Keep the grind a little less coarse, closer to neutral and it will sing.
