I am a BIG KillBean fan. BIG. As soon as I saw the words Chrysanthemum and Guatemala on the same label I knew this coffee had to be in the curation. Guatemala isn’t usually where I go looking for delicate florals, but this Geshamalawi delivers exactly that. Light, elegant and beautifully expressive. We’ll be brewing this one on the bar using KillBean’s own lyocell filters, where it absolutely shines.
