This coffee has an attribute that I have never come across in all my years in coffee. Its mouthfeel is almost invisible - like drinking an exceptionally low-minerality water - yet somehow it still packs a huge tropical fruit punch. Light and tropical aren’t normally the first words that spring to mind when I hear “Java”, but this coffee completely rewrites those expectations.
