I usually go shopping at ALL CAPS for the crazy end of the spectrum (note the ALL CAPS coferment week at Flight Club this month!) but I was super impressed by this traditional. Recent cuppings of Aji varietals led me to expect big things from this coffee and it delivered. Lots of passion fruit, but with a super interesting cardamom afters. Confusing. Pleasing. All in one go. Lean into the spice notes and it will reward.
