This coffee kept changing on me. Every time I dialled it in I seemed to discover another facet - Love Heart sweets, blackberry leaf, florals and all sorts of little details hiding in the cup. Eventually I settled on Bergamot. Beautifully fragrant from the bloom right through to the finish, it's a reminder that a traditional washed coffee from Honduras can still surprise you. Elegant and refreshing.
