Sweet, fragrant, and softly creamy, with a warm, dessert-like feel that leans into blueberry pie and custard, with a gentle lift of pineapple acidity keeping everything alive. It’s a Chinese Natural Gesha, spontaneously fermented, and Special Guests have treated this with real care. This might be about as close to perfection as coffee gets.
