I am a sucker for a good cherry note in coffee and this one absolutely lands it. Jonathan Gasca’s Bourbon Aji brings a lively, juicy cherry character that’s backed up by some wonderfully textural almond notes. Sweet, vibrant and just a little bit luxurious, this is one of those coffees that manages to feel playful and sophisticated at the same time. More than a bit special.
