With a risk of descending into hyperbole, this might be favourite traditional coffee yet, and one that packs a huge Value score in the Experience/Price equation. My favourite varietal to boot, it’s like a glass of German white - aromatic, green and slightly wild. There is so much detail in this coffee - and despite its natural processing, it still manages to retain those trademark Chiroso attributes.
